Your gita has the ability to send technical data logs about your gita’s performance to Customer Care for review to ensure that everything is working properly.
gita does this automatically on a daily basis if it is connected to a Wi-Fi network.
In the case you have issues with your gita and our team wants to review the log data in real time, you can manually send or ‘push’ the latest log data to us. The log data helps us diagnose the issue and get you back on your way.
You can find the upload function in the mygita app on the gita settings screen. Select Upload log data. The process only takes a few moments and alerts you when it is complete.
Note: You must be connected to a Wi-Fi network to perform the upload. You can check this on the ‘gita settings’ screen of the app.
