- Always include punctuation at the end of each text paragraph, sentence bullet point, tips, notes, blockquotes, etc. (not necessary for one word bullets).
- This helps with consistency throughout the knowledge base and other PFF brand system items such as the user manual.

Image size, ratio, and edits
Landscape
The recommended image width is 670px (exported in 2x) for landscape. If there are multiple photos, they can be placed below each other at the same 670px size, with 20px spacing between them. Example below.
Portraits
The recommended max height is 400px for portrait photos such as phone/app screenshots, photos should be left aligned. For multiple images, there is a max of 3 side-by-side with 20px spacing between them.
For phone screen/app images, do not crop out part of the screen. Reference call-outs section below to highlight necessary areas. See examples below.

Call-outs
To highlight certain areas on the screen for instructions, please:
- Place a rectangle with a red stroke around the area
- If adding a figure number:
- Create a circle, filled white with a red stroke and place in the corner.
- Numbers font should be Brown Bold.

Videos
Using the Insert function, insert an external video using a link. Videos should be linked from our Youtube. Adjust to recommended width of 670px and center align.
